• The maximum number of jumpers allowed in a 13x13 Bounce House at any one time is:
  • 10 Children 3 & under
  • 8 Children 8 & under
  • 6 Children 9 to 12
  • 4 Teenagers
  • 2 Adults
• All jumpers must remove shoes, eyeglasses, and any sharp objects before entering the bounce house.
• No wrestling, flips, or rough housing allowed.
• Absolutely NO - "silly string", confetti, food, drinks, sprays, or other sticky substances are allowed in the bounce house. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in the imposing of an additional cleaning fee of no less than $250.
• NO Pinatas in the bounce house. There is a risk of severe injury.
• Do not bounce against the sides or near the doorway of the bounce house.
• Anyone with head, back, neck or any muscular-skeletal injuries or disabilities, pregnant women, small infants, and others who may be susceptible to injury from falls, bumps or bouncing are not permitted in the bounce house at any time.
• Do NOT allow older children to jump with younger children.
• No hanging from the netting of the sides or from the roof of the bounce house. A repair fee will be imposed if the sides/roof is damaged from misuse.
• If the bounce house begins to lose air, make your way to the exit immediately.
• Keep children away from the blower unit. There is risk of electric shock and serious injury from moving parts of the blower.
• Do not operate the bounce house when raining or if ground is wet. There is a risk of serious injury due to slipping hazards and electric shock from the blower.
• Do not move the bounce house from where it was installed.
• The children's safety depends on you. Your personal supervision is absolutely required. As the leasee of the bounce house, the safety of all who come in contact with the bounce house or parts thereof is YOUR responsibility.
• You are responsible for the cleaning of any additional rental equipment such as tables and chairs, etc.
• Do not deflate the bounce house (unless there is a threat of rain) so that it may be inspected and cleaned prior to departure from the premises.

Weather Policy

• We reserve the right to cancel any reservations due to severe or imminent deterioration of weather conditions.
• There will be no refunds or reductions in price due to foul weather once the unit is set up on location.
• Do not use if wind exceeds 25mph. The bounce house can flip over in high winds. If high winds exist, exit the bounce house immediately and turn off the blower.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits will be refunded based on the following schedule. Cancellation 1 week (7 days) or more from rental date will receive 100% refund of deposit. Cancellation less than 7 days from the rental date will result in forfeiture of deposit. Cancellation due to weather (before delivery of the unit) will receive full refund of deposit.

Release of Liability

The Leasee shall be in charge of the bounce house unit’s operation and is fully responsible for the return of the unit in good working order. Lessee shall pay for theft and/or damage due to misuse of the inflatable while on their premises. Lessor (Big Fun Rentals) and its officers, employees and agents is/are not responsible for any injury occurring to any person or persons in contact with the bounce house and/or other rental equipment. The Lessee further agrees to hold the Lessor and its officers, employees, and agents free and harmless against ANY injury or claims. The Lessee shall indemnify the Lessor and its officers, employees and agents from/against any costs incurred due to claims from anyone and for attorney’s fees and related costs involving the use and return of the bounce house and any other rental equipment, should legal action become necessary.
